Thatcher leads sale projects from the buyer search through closing: the offers, the finalist meetings, the negotiation and due diligence.
Thatcher graduated from Fort Hays State University with a B.B.A. in Finance. Before attending FHSU, he played basketball for two years at Garden City Community College.
After graduation, he worked in the banking industry as a bank manager and commercial lender.
Thatcher is an avid sports fan. He and his wife have two sons and two foster children, and he enjoys volunteering in his community.
