The Buyer:  The strategic buyer wanted to grow the IT Managed Services division of their company via acquisition.   

The Seller:  The business is a managed services company providing IT solutions for small to mid-sized businesses.  The owners knew that the industry was consolidating and wanted to merge with another MSP.

The Transaction:  The seller engaged Vista Business Group to sell the company.  A marketing campaign was developed and implemented.  Vista assisted in the negotiations and helped facilitate a smooth closing process.
