The Seller:  The business is a managed service provider whose goal is to simplify technology for their clients.  They cater to businesses with 40 to 100 computers, on the brink of needing a full-time IT person on staff.

The Transaction:  The seller engaged Vista Business Group to sell the company.  A marketing campaign was developed and implemented. Vista assisted in the negotiations and helped facilitate a smooth closing process.
